How much does each report cost?

Each AI-powered property report costs $3.50, payable through Apple Pay or Google Pay. You pay per report — no subscription required. Each report includes full investment analysis across Flip, Residence, Long-Term Rental, and Airbnb/Vrbo strategies, plus editable scenarios and PDF export.

How many photos do I need to take?

You need a minimum of 5 photos to generate a report. We recommend 25 photos for the most accurate AI analysis, with a maximum of 35. The app includes a real-time photo counter that guides you on how many more photos to take for the best results.

Do I need a Homesage.ai account?

Yes, you need a Homesage.ai account to use the app. You can sign up with your email or use OAuth login. Your account syncs with the Homesage.ai web platform, so existing subscribers are automatically recognized and can access their reports across both the app and website.

Can I edit the report after it's generated?

Yes! Every report has editable fields — the same fields available in our web Full Property Report. You can adjust purchase price, repair costs, rent estimates, cap rate assumptions, and more. The report recalculates all scenarios in real time as you make changes, so you can run as many "what-if" analyses as you need.

How do I share a report with my lender?

The app offers three ways to share your report:

  • Send to Lender — pre-filled email with your report attached as a PDF
